| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Minnesota must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Minnesota street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Minnesota or an entity authorized to do business in Minnesota, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
